Tremendous customer service attitude

When you have me the estimate on y transmission problem, you gave me a high one and a low one. I was mentally prepared for the higher estimate to be the reality. What a very pleasant surprise when you told me the cost would be fifty-five dollars more than the low estimate! You have a great bunch of techs and a tremendous customer service attitude.

Very professional and informative experience

Totally happy with the new tranny and the CV joints. Very professional and informative experience for me. Have you guys ever thought about "Cloning" your crew? (hope I spelled that right.) Ever town in the U.S. should have an AC Transmission shop so they can experience real professionals and customer service. Here is a tip for anyone reading this note. Don't always believe your insurance company when they tell you which shops to go to for repairs. If you want the best prices and quality work, go to AC.

A happy ending starts with a good beginning

First of all, thanks for not making me worse than I already did once you found out that I had been driving around with no transmission fluid. I guess I screwed the pooch this time. I only had two gears left plus reverse and kept wondering what had happened to y truck. Three  days later I was back on the road, quite a bit smarter. When the dipstick says add oil it may mean NOW!{ha, ha} That sign you have which says "A happy ending starts with a good beginning." Is really right. I am going to add to it by saying you should begin with AC Transmissions!

Thanks, is not a big enough word

We had not used your services for about seven years. Your techs are still the same pros we had work on our cars back then and they did great work once again. You might find this interesting. This was most impressive to us. We had accidentally left a small bag in the back seat of the truck, which contained a lot of valuables we were going to in our safe deposit box at the bank. We spend three days thinking we had lost the bag or misplaced it. I picked the truck up from you and there in the back seat exactly where I had left the bag! Totally untouched! Thanks, is not a big enough word for you guys!

Integrity and Character

I have never written a Thank You letter to any business before although I probably should have. People usually let you know when they are unhappy but not very often when you are on top of it. Your integrity and character of your crew should't go un-noticed though.
Steve stated asking me questions and then Brian came into the picture and also asked very specific questions. Both of you waled me to my vehicle, Steve slid under the car, Brian opened the hood and he and Steve started talking back and forth and in about two minutes they determined that the problem wasn't a new transmission as I had been told at another shop. It cost me exactly $87 dollars for you to fix it.

Amazing customer service and honesty

You are the greatest! Last week on Tuesday I called you early in the morning and spoke to Steve about my cars problems. He sent a tow company out to pick up my car and me. The driver was nice enough to drop me off at work and then I heard from Steve about thirty minutes later- You didn't hesitate to fax me the estimate which was about six hundred and fifty dollars less than what I had been told  by the other mechanic my husband has used for the past ten to fifteen years. Men know it all right?
You picked me up from work, showed me the bad parts, let me take it for a drive on the highway and it ran better than it ever has. You ended up charging me thirty-eight dollars less than the estimate. Amazing customer service and honesty.

You guys are the greatest!

Thanks again so much for the repairs and the letter you prepared about your inspection and review of the previous repairs we we received from XYZ dealership. The pictures that Steve took and your letters plus our lawyer's phone call, got us refunded our money without having to go to court. Dealing with mechanics is sometimes worse than going to a dentist for a root canal. Fortunately, my neighbor had just returned from your shop and you have repaired his young daughters's transmission. Did you hear the one about the two hunters and the Bear? Buddy, when I came into your shop I was really steamed as we were on our way down from the mountains to go to an Air Force football game in the Springs. In 15 minutes your guys were attacking my Escalade and you had me in stitches. Because of AC Transmission we had a great weekend and made some great new friends. Thanks for the real customer experience. The only thing that would have made it better would have been if the team could have won!

Conduct Business by the Golden Rule

I have waited 3 months to write this, as I have always been skeptic of mechanics. However you have given your trade new respect in my eyes. As you know we purchased a used SUV from a local dealership and when the transmission "puked" as I heard a mechanic say at the dealership, we thought it would be covered by the warranty we bought. Wrong, wrong, wrong! Our coverage as they say at the dealership is 30 seconds or 30 feet, whichever comes first!
When we were told, by the dealer that a rebuilt transmission would only be about $3800 dollars, I thought, no problem! We will just miss making 3 house payments. We stopped in your shop and told you our story and you immediately sent a tow truck to the dealership, picked up our car, got us lined up with a rental car, repaired our transmission for only $700 dollars and gave us lunch on top of that. You are a great reminder to others there are still some people and small businesses that conduct business by the Golden Rule.

Friendly and Very Knowledgeable Staff

I felt like I was in a doctor's office without the Obama Care Copay. Between you and Steve asking me questions and then immediately pinpointing my car's problem I experienced the most professional, individual attention ever. Great Experience. Went way beyond my expectations.

You are the best! Having only been in Denver for about 5 months, I had not experienced any car problems and then out of the blue I had a large puddle of oil in my driveway and a car that when put into gear just sat there and talked to me with loud noises. My next door neighbor offered me a ride to work and when we pulled up to a stoplight there you were in a big lime green truck that said AC Transmissions. Was the timing right or what? Next thing I knew you had got my car towed to your facility, arranged for me to get a rental car, made me laugh and had my Honda running in two days.

I wanted to thank you so very much for you and Steve giving me the advice you did concerning my daughter's car. You could have easily taken my money to fix the car knowing that when it was repaired that it would not have been worth anywhere near what it would have cost to fix it up. When you said that you knew how much I appeared to love that car but even if it was fixed up, you would not let your daughter drive it, made me realize you people were very honorable and caring. What a great crew you have!

Steve's immediate focus on our transmission problem and knowing what to do made our Colorado vacation a real delight instead of a real disaster! The Magic Mechanics

Just a note to say thanks so much for fixing our son's car up the way it should have been fixed in the first place. You taught him a great lesson. "Cheaper is not always better." Duct Tape, super glue, and staples for $450.00 dollars is not the best solution!

Saved Our Vacation

As Gomer Pyle used to say, "Sooprise, Sooprise! Kyla and I were in the retail business world for over 40 years and so we know great customer service. From the way we were treated and from the volume of letters you have at the shop, it is pretty apparent that you really know about customer service.
Coming down the mountain from Breckenridge, we started having some jerking in the transmission and when we got to Idaho Springs, we stopped at a service station and the young man we visited with about our problem immediately told us to see you if we could get down the mountain. His dad had just had you work on his classic muscle car and was really happy with your work. We limped into your operation at 2:15 in the afternoon , stayed the night nearby and you had us back on the road by 11:30am the next morning. You guys helped us enjoy the rest of our vacation.
